OUR PRODUCTION

Our production heart is designed to be flexible and cutting edge. Our departments can work from 36 to 38 thousand daily pairs: we mainly produce knee-highs, leggings, stockings, hold-ups and women’s tights.

But our technological equipment and the expertise of specialized personnel allow us to be flexible and respond promptly to customer requests. As in the case of the recent production of protective microfibre bands, requested from us following the health emergency.

WEAVING

The weaving department, located on the upper floor, is our flagship. It includes Matec and Lonati circular machines for the production of classic, relaxing, modeling socks and tights, with dedicated patterns and for larger sizes.

The sewing takes place on the lower floor, where Detexomat automatic machines and Takatori machines are installed both for the stitching of the points and as regards assembly and prefixing.
